You may only win one prize every thirty days and only one prize will be awarded per family or household during each specific contest.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won and may be required to complete an IRS form W-9. KFXS 100.3 FM reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

You must meet age requirements to be eligible for specific contests.

Calling/Texting/Messaging  KFXS 100.3 FM or entering any contest on the KFXS 100.3 FM digital/social media/on-air constitutes prior permission to publish online and in print, or any other media, your proper name, picture and voice in connection with the promotion.

Failure to claim or the resale/auction of complimentary prizes won will result in the disqualification for that person for all future KFXS 100.3 FM contests.

KFXS 100.3 FM is not responsible for prizes that become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. KFXS 100.3 FM cannot replace lost or stolen prizes.

KFXS 100.3 FM is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

KFXS 100.3 FM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of this affiliates office.

KFXS 100.3 FM reserves the right to restrict Social Media winners to only persons that “Like or Follow” the KFXS 100.3 FM Social Media pages.

Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

All results posted/mentioned are ‘unofficial’ until winners respond to verbal or digital notification.

Contests void where prohibited by law.

KFXS 100.3 FM reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

Winners may be notified by email/text/phone/social media post depending on available contact information. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable.

KFXS 100.3 FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Employees of KFXS 100.3 FM, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each will not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
